At Sacred Heart School we strive to make our admission process as simple as possible to ensure that all prospective parents enjoy a stress-free application experience.

Parents/Guardians are invited to visit the school campus to understand the culture and ethos of the Institution.
Parents can have an interaction with the Office Staff to ask questions and collect any information they require.

Admission Enquiry:

Submit the Enquiry Form from the website or visit the school office. Our office will get back to you to answer your questions and collect the required information.


Registration:

The parents are requested to visit the school Office, fill out the registration form and purchase the school prospectus. Kindly carry two latest passport size photos of the child and the parent along with self-attested Date of Birth certificate. After the Form is submitted the test date and time will be booked.

The following documents need to be submitted along with the Admission Form:

FOR CLASS K.G. – VIII

• Xerox of Birth Certificate
• 2 passport photographs of student
• 1 family group postcard size photograph
• Blood Group Certificate
• Xerox of Aadhar Card of Student, Mother and Father (self-attested)
• Original TC from the previous School
• Final Term Report card – Original after completing previous session.
• Caste Tribe certificate (If category is not General)
• Local Guardian Photo and Id Proof if any
• Photocopy of Passport if available. This is mandatory for overseas students.

FOR CLASS XI

• Class X Report Card
• Class X Admit Card
• Class X Pre-Board Report Card
• Migration (if from another board)
• Xerox of Birth Certificate
• 2 passport photographs of student
• 1 family group postcard size photograph
• Blood Group Certificate
• Xerox of Aadhar Card of Student, Mother and Father (self-attested)
• Original TC from the previous School
• Caste Tribe certificate (If category is not General)
• Local Guardian Photo and Id Proof if any
• Photocopy of Passport if available. This is mandatory for overseas students.


















Admission documentation booklet must also be completed and duly signed by both parents.It contains information which will assist you in your relationship with the School.


Acceptance of Admission:

• Students are admitted on First Come, First Served basis depending on vacancies
• The management will conduct formal interviews with the child and the parent.
• Selected candidates will be required to pay the Admission + Registration + Security + 1st Instalment School & Boarding for the Academic Session to “confirm” admission the very same day of the declaration of the result.
• This amount is not refundable in the case of a new admitant, not joining later.
• The school reserves the right to admissions. In all matters pertaining to admission, the decision of the management will be final.

Once the fee and documents are submitted, you will receive an Admission Confirmation Letter from the school office. This will inform you about further formalities, to be completed, if any.

NOTE: Kindly inform the School of your joining date. This is mandatory because staff need to be informed to expect your child on a particular day and they in turn need to make preparations accordingly.
