Nutrition
Nutrition is at the heart of our wellbeing program. We provide thoughtfully planned, balanced meals that energize students for active learning. Our daily menus include fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and a mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, accommodating diverse preferences while maintaining the highest standards of quality and taste.

Mental Health
At Sacred Heart School, we recognize that mental health is central to every student’s happiness, confidence, and academic growth. To provide consistent and meaningful support, Ms. Deepika Tarafder, a licensed counselor, visits the school twice every term to conduct one-to-one counseling sessions, group therapy, and interactive workshops.
These sessions offer a safe and supportive space where students can share their thoughts, overcome personal or academic challenges, and develop effective coping strategies. The balance of individual attention and group activities ensures that every child feels heard, understood, and empowered to thrive.
